Patients Aged 75 Years And Over
If you are aged 75 years or over you should be seen by a member of the practice
team, ie a doctor, nurse practitioner, practice nurse or district nurse annually.
This can be done at the surgery if you are well enough to attend. If you are
housebound, a home visit can be arranged. Please ask at reception for details.
WELL PERSON CHECK
The doctors at Highview believe every patient should be seen at least once every three years for a general health check. If you have not been to the doctor for some time please make an appointment to see the practice nurse for a well woman or well man check.
Alternatively, make an appointment to see a doctor to discuss any health issue you may have.
