Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

POP THESE INTO THE BOX IN THE PORCH OR POST THEM TO US. We need 48 hours (two working days) to process a repeat prescription request. Please be sure that you allow for this and add extra time for bank holidays and for prescriptions which need posting. We are not allowed to take requests from chemists or over the phone, because mistakes are easily made. Please use the counterfoil provided or fill in a form at reception.
